1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CertFlow PRO. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, copy, or redistribute question content; share your account credentials with others; use automated tools to access the platform; attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring system; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
All exam questions, explanations, and content on CertFlow PRO are the intellectual property of the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
4. PMI Trademark Disclaimer
CertFlow PRO is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMP® and PMBOK® are registered trademarks of PMI. All references to PMP are for descriptive purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
CertFlow PRO is a practice tool. Scores achieved on this platform do not guarantee results on the actual PMP exam. We are not responsible for exam outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
8. Payments & Refund Policy
Premium subscriptions are billed as a one-time annual payment of $30 USD, processed securely by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Submit your request via our support page with your order number and reason. Refunds are issued by Paddle and typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase are not eligible. Subscriptions are not auto-renewed — access remains active for 365 days and you may re-subscribe at any time.
